Alfredo Sauce

½ Maxigenes Skim Milk Powder premade

1 cup vegetable or chicken stock

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese

2 Tbsp Cornstarch

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

2 Tsp garlic powder

½ Tsp pepper

½ Tsp salt


  1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Sprinkle in cornstarch stirring constantly for 1 minute.
  2. While stirring slowly add stock and milk. Continue mixing until smooth and raise the heat and allow to simmer.
  3. Let the sauce simmer for 2 minutes, until it begins to thicken, begin whisking constantly.
  4. Remove sauce from heat and slowly whisk in the Greek yogurt.
  5. Once combined place sauce back on the heat and stir in the parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer for 2 minutes and continue whisking.
  6. Serve over pasta or use as a pizza sauce base.
