Baked Oats with Nectarine and Blueberry

½ Maxigenes Skim Milk Powder premade

2 cups oats

2 Tbsp maple syrup or honey

4 level Tbsp almond butter

½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 nectarine

60g pecans, roughly chopped

2 Tbsp flaxseeds

5 Tbsp warm water

1 Tsp baking powder

½ Tsp salt


  1. Place flaxseeds in a bowl and pour in the warm water, leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. In a bowl mix together the oats, salt and baking powder.
  3. Mix in the milk, maple syrup, almond butter, flaxseeds and then fold in blueberries.
  4. Transfer mixture into a baking dish, then arrange the nectarine slices on top and scatter pecans over.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes and serve warm or cold from the fridge.
