Banana, Blueberry and Pecan Overnight Oats

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

2 cups of uncooked oats

2 Tbsp vanilla extract

1 + 1/4 cups of water

4 Tbsp Maxigenes Full Cream Milk Powder*

1/3 cup pecans

½ cup blueberries fresh or frozen

2 Tbsp shredded coconut

Method

Mash the bananas in a bowl, add oats, vanilla extract, water, Maxigenes Full Cream Milk powder and pecans. Mix until combined.

Leave in the refrigerator overnight (at least 6 hours).

Serves with blueberries and shredded coconut.
