Choc Raspberry Bliss Balls

Ingredients

1 cup cashews

1 cup quick oats

1 cup frozen raspberries

2/3 cup Maxigenes Skim Milk Powder

1 Tsp vanilla

2 Tbsp cocoa Powder

10 medjool dates, pitted

¾ cup desiccated coconut + extra for coating

2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted

Method

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined. The mixture should have consistency so balls can be rolled easily and not crumble.

Roll mixture into balls and coat by rolling balls in desiccated coconut.

Store in freezer to keep firm.
