Chocolate Balls

Ingredients
400 g plain chocolate
4 tbsp Maxigenes full cream milk powder
1 tbsp finely chopped walnuts
1 tbsp finely sliced dried apricots
½ tsp vanilla essence
Toppings - cocoa powder or shredded coconut
Method
Grate the chocolate into a small bowl and microwave on low for about 6 minutes, stirring after every 1 minute. (Remember not to overcook, otherwise the chocolate will burn).
Remove from the microwave and continually stir until the chocolate cools down a little.
Add the rest of ingredients and mix well.
Shape mixture into small balls or any desired shape.
For toppings - spread out the cocoa powder or coconut on parchment paper.
Roll the shaped chocolates through the topping of your choice, cocoa powder or desiccated coconut as desired.
Set aside and allow to dry for at least 3–4 hours.
Wrap in decorative foil, coloured paper or arrange in gift boxes to store.
