Chocolate Cake Pops

Ingredients
3 cups icing or melted chocolate
Decorations:
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup sprinkles
1 cup flaked almonds
Method
Roughly chop or break up the cake and place in a large bowl. Take tablespoonful's of the mixture and roll firmly into balls with your hands, then put on a baking tray.
Dip the end of a lollipop stick into the melted chocolate or icing and push it into a cake ball. Then, dip the ball into the melted chocolate or icing, allowing any excess to drain back into the bowl before rolling the ball in your choice of decoration (coconut, sprinkles or flaked almonds). Place on a prepared tray to set.
To serve cake pops, you can display them in a piece of Styrofoam, craft foam or in a designated cake pop stand.
