Chocolate Macadamia Biscuits

Ingredients

125g plain flour

75g Maxigenes Full cream milk powder

10g cocoa powder, sifted

50g macadamia nuts, roasted

60g caster sugar

1 tsp. vanilla essence

A pinch of table salt

100g butter, cut into pieces

Method

Preheat oven to 160°C and line 2 trays with baking paper.

Cut 10 macadamia nuts in half and finely chop the remaining amount.

Place dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and add the butter, rubbing it into the dry mixture with your fingertips until combined.

Spoon the mixture into a piping bag and pipe dough into approx. 20 (4cm) circles. Push a halved macadamia in the top.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, then remove from the oven and leave to cool.
