Creamy Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients

4 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 head of cauliflower, florets broken off

2 small potatoes, peeled and diced

1 large brown onion

2 cups of Maxigenes Full Cream Milk Powder- premade

2 cups of salt reduced chicken broth

  • Garnishes:

Salt and pepper to taste

Sprigs of thyme

Method

Place all ingredients in a large pot over high heat and bring to boil.

Turn down to medium heat and let simmer for about 10-15 minutes, until cauliflower is soft.

Use a handheld blender* and blend until smooth, adding salt and pepper.

Serve with thyme.

Add more milk, water or stock for reached desired soup consistency. For thicker soup let soup simmer until thickened.
