Creamy Yoghurt Hummus

Ingredients

1 can chickpeas , drained

1 garlic clove, crushed

3 tbsp. lemon juice

3 tbsp. plain non-fat yoghurt

1 tbsp. tahini (sesame seed paste)

1 tsp. ground cumin or dukkah spice

Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Transfer into a bowl and serve with pita bread or your favourite vegetables.

*It can be stored covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
