Easy to make Crepes

Ingredients

2 eggs

1 cup plain flour, sifted

1 cup Maxigenes Skim Instant milk, premade

Butter or oil, for cooking

Method

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs. Gradually add in the milk and stir until combined.

Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat.

Pour or scoop the batter into the pan, using approx. 1/4 cup for each crepe.

Swirl the pan to cover the base evenly and cook for about 2 minutes or until light brown. Turn over and cook the other side for 1 minute.

Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm. Cook the remaining mixture and serve hot.
