Garlic and Chive Aioli

Ingredients

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/3 cup Maxigenes Full cream milk (premade)

2 small garlic cloves, peeled

3/4 cup olive oil

Salt and pepper

1/2 cup fresh chives

Method

Combine the milk, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and chives and blend on high for 30 seconds until blended.

With the motor running, slowly add oil a few drops at a time, processing to form a thick mayonnaise. (You may need to add a bit more or less oil depending on how you like your aioli).

Transfer to a bowl.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until required.

*Perfect accompaniment to baguette slices.
