Goat Milk Pancakes

2 cups self raising flour

3 Tsp baking powder

2 Tsp vanilla extract

1 ½ Maxigenes Goat Milk Powder – premade

1/3 cup caster sugar

2 eggs

75g melted butter

Any additional toppings to serve


Make up Maxigenes Goat Milk Powder following label instructions.

Combine all dry ingredients into a large bowl.

Whisk the eggs lightly in a separate bowl. Add the remaining wet ingredients to the eggs.

Combine all ingredients until there are no lumps in the batter and it is smooth. If batter appears too thick, add some extra goat milk slowly.

Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray or butter and place pan on heat. Making sure the pan is not too hot.

Place ½ cup of batter onto pan. Once large bubbles begin to form flip the pancake and cook until golden on the other side.
