Iced Hibiscus Latte

Ingredients

5 Hibiscus tea bags

5 cups water

2 Tbsp sugar

2 ½ cups Maxigenes Skim Milk Powder premade

ice

Method

  1. Bring water to a boil, steep tea bags in water for 5 minutes. While the water is still hot, add sugar and mix into dissolve.
  2. Remove tea bags and cool tea in fridge.
  3. Once it has cooled, add milk and ice and serve immediately.
  4. Serve with frothed milk and edible flowers if desired.
