Mango Lassi

Ingredients

1 cup yoghurt

1/2 cup milk

1 cup chopped mango

2 tsp honey or sugar

Ice and cardamom (optional)

Method

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses.

Sprinkle with ground cardamom and serve.
