Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients
300ml thickened cream
1 1/4 cups Maxigenes Full Cream Milk
(premade)
4 peeled, sliced medium-size
fresh peaches or 1 can peaches in light syrup, drained
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup peach nectar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Method
Whisk the thickened cream and Maxigenes Milk in a large bowl until firm. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
Blend the peaches with sugar, lemon juice and salt until a smooth consistency. Stir into the milk mixture, then slowly add in the peach nectar.
Pour mixture into an ice-cream maker, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. (Times may vary.)
Remove container from the ice-cream maker, and place in freezer for 15 minutes. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until firm for approx. 1 hour.
