Red capsicum and chilli dip

Ingredients

1 roasted red capsicum, drained

1 spring onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp virgin olive oil

1 small red chilli, deseeded

1 garlic clove, peeled

1 tbsp walnuts

⅓ cup yoghurt

salt and black pepper, totaste

crackers, to serve

Method

Combine all ingredients in a food processor

and process until smooth.

Season to taste with salt and black pepper.

Serve as desired.

Refrigerate in an airtight container.
