1 cup butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

2 Tbsp Maxigenes Full Cream Milk Powder - premade

1 Tsp vanilla extract

2 ½ cups plain flour

1 cup candied cherries, finely chopped

½ cup pecans, chopped

1 cup flaked coconut


In a mixer bowl beat the butter till softened. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add milk and vanilla continuing to beat. Add the flour until well mixed.

Once mixing is finished, stir in cherries and pecans. Separate the mixture into 3 sections that look like logs. Roll each log mixture in coconut. Wrap each ball and chill for several hours.

Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Cut the log into thick slices approximately 2 m thick.

Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden.
