Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

2 cups Maxigenes Skim milk, premade


1/2 tsp vanilla extract


6 tbsp. chia seeds


1 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice


Handful fresh berries, for topping

Method

In a small bowl, mix the milk, honey, chia seeds and vanilla extract until combined.


Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or leave to set overnight.


When ready to serve, divide the mixture between two bowls or mason jars and top the pudding with berries. Serve and enjoy.


* The covered pudding will keep well in the refrigerator for approx. 5 days.
