Yorkshire Puddings

Ingredients

½ tsp salt

¾ cup plain flour, sifted

½ cup canola oil

2 eggs, lightly whisked

300ml Maxigenes Full Cream milk (premade)

Method

Preheat oven to 200°C and pour a tablespoon of oil into six (80ml capacity) muffin pans.

Place in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes or until oil is hot.

Combine the flour, salt and eggs in a medium sized bowl and whisk until combined.

Gradually add the milk and continue to whisk until you have a smooth consistency.

Pour the batter evenly into the hot muffin pans.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.

*Serving suggestion: Perfect combined with roast beef or beef wellingtons as seen above.
