Our Maxigenes Full Cream Milk Powder uses 100% real milk, and to keep our milk powder stable and able to dissolve properly, a small amount of natural soy lecithin is used as an emulsifier. When soy lecithin is blended in bulk production there may be tan or light brown particles mixed through, which is common. The milk powder is still safe to consume as this is normal, natural and does not alter the nutritional benefits of our Maxigenes Full Cream Milk Powder in any way. The flavour of your creamy glass of milk should also remain the same.
